If you take medication on a long- term basis, you can ask for a repeat prescription by returning the prescription request slip to the surgery. You can also call in and ask at reception. Your prescription will be available for you to pick up within 48 hours.
We do ask that, where possible, patients refrain from telephoning their routine prescription requests through to either surgery, as this can render the telephone lines busy to those patients whose requests require more urgent attention.
You can order your prescription online by registering for 'Patient Access'
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
